Adult Jiu Jitsu Programs
Beginners to Advanced
All Levels
Each month follows a central theme based on a core position, with weekly sub-themes that build on each other. Monthly themes, positional training, and live sparring rounds in every class.
Best for: All experience levels, including athletes from wrestling, football, hockey, and other competitive backgrounds.
No Experience Required
Fundamentals
Designed specifically for beginners. Learn core positions — Guard, Guard Passing, and Wrestling for Jiu Jitsu — alongside other new students in a structured, welcoming environment.
Best for: Complete beginners looking to build confidence before joining regular Jiu Jitsu classes.
Kids Jiu Jitsu Programs
Ages 4–7
Little Dippers
Jiu Jitsu classes designed to keep young kids engaged, active, and learning. Games, movement drills, and partner activities teach focus, listening, teamwork, confidence, and work ethic.
Best for: Kids ages 4–7 ready to start building focus and discipline in a structured environment.
Ages 8–12
Rising Stars
Structured Jiu Jitsu practice, teamwork, and progressive skill development. Students learn to focus during instruction, practice with intention, and apply techniques in live training.
Best for: Kids ages 8–12 ready to develop discipline, set goals, and work toward real progress.
