Built for Kids Ages 8–12
Rising Stars classes are built around structured practice, teamwork, and progressive skill development. Students learn how to show up with intention, support their teammates, and apply what they've learned when it counts.
We believe confidence comes from consistent effort — from seeing real improvement over time, not from being told you're great.

Tracking Growth
Monthly Progress Reports
Progress at Northstar Jiu Jitsu is intentional and documented. Each family receives a structured monthly update including the core concepts covered, curated video references for at-home review, and a personalized growth highlight for each student.
The real measure of progress is understanding of core concepts, improved decision-making, emotional control under pressure, consistent effort, and willingness to try.
